The belt vacuum filter uses filter cloth as filter medium, and is a filtrating equipment for solid liquid separation by vacuum suction. The whole ring rubber belt is used as a vacuum chamber. The circular belt is driven continuously by the motor, and the filter cloth runs synchronously on the adhesive tape. The adhesive tape is contacted with the annular friction belt on the vacuum slide table and forms a water seal. The slurry is evenly distributed on the filter cloth by the cloth distributor. When the vacuum chamber is connected to the vacuum system, the vacuum zone is formed on the tape, and the filter cloth is collected through the transverse groove on the tape and enters the vacuum chamber by the small hole, and the solid material is intercepted on the filter cloth to form a filter cake. The liquid entering the vacuum chamber is discharged through the steam water separator. With the movement of the rubber belt, the formed filter cake enters the filter cake washing area and the dry area in turn. Finally, the filter cloth is separated from the tape and the filter cake is discharged at the unloading roll. The filter cloth dismantling the filter cake is regenerated after cleaning, and then enters the working area after a set of backup rolls and rectifying devices
