Basic Principle of Rubber Belt Vacuum Filter Machine:

The motor drives the roller to make the rubber belt moving forward and the filter cloth is synchronous with the rubber belt. Then the slurry (mixture) will be pumped into the feed hopper, and flow onto the flat surface of the vacuum belt filter press machine. At the same time, the material will be distributed evenly by the distributing device. Under the force of vacuum negative pressure, the liquid will be sucked out through the filter clothes, and the solid will be blocked by the filter cloth. The filter belt and filter cloth run circularly and will be washed by clean water for the next cycle. This is the whole process of vacuum rubber belt press.
