At the beginning, the company used a drum filter to filter and wash. There is a phenomenon of sedimentation of materials, which has a great impact on production and index control. In May 2000, according to the needs of the market situation, we expanded a variety of projects to reach an annual output of 30,000 tons. And the company has a special filtering equipment-belt vacuum filter. This equipment is the first time it is used in the production of various varieties of aluminum hydroxide. We have found some shortcomings in the production process, and we have improved this. 3. Improvement of the filter cloth washing water According to the characteristics of the belt filter, the filter cloth is used for regeneration in order to regenerate the washing water. On the one hand, this part of the water makes it difficult to balance the water system; on the other hand, it is washed with water. According to the production situation, we will use the new water for washing as filter cloth cleaning water, and then pump to the filtered new water area. This not only solves the problem of the balance of the cleaning water of the filter cloth, and recovers the aluminum hydroxide in the wash water, but also the sufficient amount of water ensures the regeneration of the filter cloth and improves the efficiency of filter washing. 3.2.2 Adding a steam drying device The belt filter is affected by various factors in the production. The filter washing water is generally 15% to 18%. Such high moisture increases the energy consumption of the drying process during the drying process; And it has an impact on output and quality. In order to stabilize and reduce the water attached, a steam dryer is added. After adding the drying device, the attached water is basically stable at a level of about 8% to 10%.
