The principle of vacuum degree means that the number of molecules in a space is less than the standard state (atmospheric pressure 101325pa). Humidity is usually how many molecules of water are in the gas phase. There are a lot of other gases in the air besides nitrogen and oxygen, and water is one of them, so normally the higher the humidity, the lower the vacuum, and the higher the humidity, the harder it is to vacuum. There are two factors to determine the vacuum degree: one is the vacuum pump itself can reach the limit of vacuum degree and pumping speed, one is the leakage of the entire system. Since it takes energy to convert any substance from solid or liquid to gas, the hotter the temperature, the more active the molecules are and the easier it is to pull them out
