The belt filter is composed of two permeable filters, which are operated by the pressure axis together. The belt filter is one of the most commonly used equipment in the mining industry. It has great help to the mining dehydration.


First, two roller predehydrating machines are used for pre dewatering, and the sludge particles mixed with the flocculant in the Predewatering machine are left in the machine. The water is out of the machine through the filter cloth. After the sludge is accumulated to a certain amount, it falls from the outlet of the predehydrator to the belt filter.


In this process, the pre dewatering procedure is very important, which can increase the solid concentration of sludge and increase the dewatering efficiency of the belt press. The first procedure is the gravity drainage, which is the first procedure after the predehydration. The procedure is to improve the solid content of the sludge and prepare for the next working procedure.


After gravity drainage, the sludge was dried again and distributed evenly on the filter cloth, and gradually began to pressurize. The thickness of the sludge on the cloth will depend on the nature of the sludge and the speed of adjusting the filter cloth.


Sludge begins to press filter, the sewage is in the middle of two filter cloth, through a set of pressure shaft, the pressure of the sludge is dried by the filter cloth, and the pressure of the filter cloth can be adjusted according to the dehydration effect.
